YouTube is full of people who stopped eating it and then got stomach pains when they tried again, which is your body basically going 'what is this stuff.' Someone did an ultrasound video showing what your gallbladder looks like after fast food and it wasn't pretty. The one bloke eating 14 double quarter pounders a week can't gain weight, but that's not health, that's his metabolism working overtime like a smoke alarm with a dying battery. Even the people defending it are saying you have to remove the bun and add your own sides at home, which isn't eating McDonald's anymore, is it.
